Payment and shipping

Hollywool sells yarn, books, patterns, needles and craft supplies online. Product prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before checkout is completed.

Payment

The storefront checkout currently offers card payment through Stripe Pay online and PayPal. Visa and Mastercard card availability is handled by the payment provider and is shown during checkout before you place the order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany to the delivery address entered at checkout. Standard delivery and service point delivery are configured for the storefront. The exact delivery option, shipping cost and current delivery-country availability are shown in checkout before you place the order.

If tracking is available for your parcel, the tracking information is sent after dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photos of the parcel or damaged item.
