Sandnes Garn Tynn Silk Mohair
This lace-weight yarn contains 57% mohair, 28% silk and 15% wool. Each 25 g ball holds 212 m or 232 yd, placing it in the 400-449 m / 50 g meterage band. The range includes 61 colours across warm, cool, pastel, neutral, vibrant and special-effect shades.
Work to a gauge of 18-24 sts per 10 cm, using 3-4 mm or 4-5 mm knitting needles. Care instructions specify dry cleaning only, no tumble drying, cold wool wash, no bleach and no ironing. The fine yarn weight suits detailed knitted fabrics where its fibre blend can add lightness and texture.
