Sandnes Garn Alpakka Silke is a plied yarn made from baby alpaca and mulberry silk for children's clothing and accessories. It feels cool to the touch; the alpaca gives the knitted fabric a light halo and a soft drape.
Does it feel scratchy?
The yarn is soft thanks to the fine baby alpaca fibres; how it feels against the skin varies from person to person. If your skin is sensitive, wear the finished garment over a thin layer.
