Rowan Pure Alpaca is a twisted, solid-colour yarn made from pure alpaca for scarves, cowls and cardigans. The fibre has a light halo and drapes smoothly.
Does it feel scratchy?
Many knitters find it very soft, plump and pleasant to work with. If you have sensitive skin, wear the finished garment over a thin layer.
Which season is it suited to?
Cold days: some crafters praise the warmth of garments made with it and wear them at home.
Will it work for a DK pattern, and which needles should I use?
