Description
Product information "Pro Lana umbrella swift mango wood 1 piece"
The Pro Lana umbrella swift in mango wood is for preparing hanks of yarn for knitting.
Is this an umbrella swift?
Yes, it is: place the hank on the swift and wind the yarn into a ball before picking up your needles or crochet hook.
Is it wooden or plastic?
Wooden: it is made of mango wood, not plastic - suitable if you are looking specifically for a wooden craft accessory.
Before choosing, check how your yarn is sold: a swift is useful for hanks, while ready-wound balls do not need rewinding. Your planned project is not the main consideration here: first check the form your yarn comes in and decide whether you need to wind it into a ball before you start.
