Pro Lana Chenille is a chenille yarn made from acrylic and is easy to care for. It can be machine washed, which is convenient for children's clothing.
How should I wash it, and will it shrink?
Wash on a gentle cycle at 30 °C and dry flat. Acrylic holds its shape; do not bleach or iron the finished item.
Can I use it for children's clothing?
Yes, the yarn is OEKO-TEX® certified. Acrylic retains its colour when washed.
Use the number of balls specified in your chosen pattern. Start with a swatch on 4–5 mm circular needles and wash it. If your next project needs a different fibre content, compare other Pro Lana yarns.
