Mayflower Santiago Light
Mayflower Santiago Light is a Fingering yarn with 300 m in a 50 g ball, placing it in the 300–349 m per 50 g density range. Its composition is 56% wool, 30% polyamide and 14% alpaca. The fibre blend suits lightweight knitting where a fine yarn and generous meterage are useful.
Work it with 3.5–4 mm knitting needles, guided by a tension range of 22-35 sts per 10 cm. The 300 m length can support fine accessories, lightweight layers and other projects suited to Fingering yarn. Colour choices cover warm, cool, pastel and neutral shades, with 26 colours available.
Care for finished pieces by hand washing, drying flat or using dry cleaning only. Do not tumble dry or bleach; iron at low heat up to 110 °C.
