Mayflower Premium Sock Wool Ocean, a fingering wool
Mayflower Premium Sock Wool Ocean is a fingering wool designed for sock projects. Each ball weighs 100 g and offers about 420 m, with a composition of 75% wool and 25% polyamide. The yarn is knitted with 2.5 to 3 mm needles, for a stated gauge of 32 stitches over 10 cm. It is available in 10 colours.
The care instructions state a cold wool wash and dry cleaning only. Dry flat, without using a tumble dryer or bleach. Ironing is possible at a low temperature, with a maximum of 110 °C.
