DMC Merino 4 Tweed is a merino and polyamide yarn for a winter jumper with cables if you enjoy textured knitting. The springy fibre holds raised stitch patterns well.
Will it suit my pattern, and which needles do I need?
Suitability depends on the yarn thickness and your tension: compare the pattern requirements with the yarn specifications and start with 4 mm circular needles. If your stitch count over the same area differs from the required count, try a different needle size.
How should I wash it to prevent felting?
Wash in cold water on a wool cycle: friction in warm water can cause the fibres to felt. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry.
