The knitting gauge in stockinette stitch after blocking on 2.25 mm needles was 32 stitches * 50 rows in a 10*10 cm square. If your gauge matches the one indicated after blocking, start knitting. If the gauge differs from the given one, you need to take needles 0.25 -0.5 mm larger/smaller than specified. Matching the gauge is necessary for your finished item to correspond to the chosen size.

Knitting Description
These socks are knitted from the top down (starting from the cuff). The height of the leg can be varied as desired. There are two pattern placement options for the leg, a Strong heel, and an anatomical toe. You will end up with a left and a right sock! The description is written for knitting using the Magic Loop method, but if desired, the socks can be knitted on double-pointed needles, redistributing the stitches independently. For double-pointed needles, “1 needle” = “1 and 2 needles,” and “2 needles” = “3 and 4 needles.” Please read the entire text of the description before starting work.

Leg: The pattern and heel are knitted on the first needle, on the second needle the stitches are knitted in stockinette stitch. There are two options for the leg pattern placement with detailed instructions for left and right socks.
Heel: The heel wall is formed by making increases every other row. Knitting continues in the round. The pattern is knitted according to the scheme. Separate instructions are provided for leg options 1 and 2 and for left and right socks. The heel cup is knitted the same for both socks using short rows ending with selvedge stitches.
Foot: After the heel is knitted, start knitting the foot to the required length up to the beginning of the little toe (approximately knit 4.5/4,4.5/5 cm less than the total length of the foot). All stitches are knitted in knit.
Toe: Next, begin decreases for the anatomical toe with separate instructions for left and right socks. Closing stitches is done with grafting stitch loop by loop.
Wet-heat treatment
After finishing work on a pair of socks, weave in the ends and perform wet-heat treatment. Gently wash your socks in a solution of water with a special detergent. For example, use Hollywool solid or liquid soap with lanolin. Remove excess water with a terry towel and lay the socks on a dry, horizontal surface in a well-ventilated room away from heat sources. To give the socks a more perfect shape and to block them, we recommend using Hollywool sock blockers of the appropriate size.
