Pattern Element Bactus

This baktus is a large, elongated triangular shawl worked flat in rows from one tip to the other. The design combines simple stockinette stitch with a subtle textured pattern and intarsia colorwork, creating clean lines and a modern, graphic look. Shaping is achieved through regular decreases on right side rows, forming a balanced triangular shape, while clear edge stitches give the shawl a neat, finished appearance.

Materials:

• BC Garn Babyalpaca (100% baby alpaca, 250 m/50g)
• Circular or straight needles in 2.75 mm (European) or US size 2, or size needed to obtain gauge.

The finished size depends on gauge:
21 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm approx. 162 cm x 129 cm x 119 cm.

Yarn Requirements : 3 skeins total (2 skeins of Color I and 1 skein of Color II)
